Our Work With Shaw and Partners
ASKI Live Media, a leading video production company, collaborated with Shaw and Partners and Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, to highlight the Shaw and Partners’ partnerships with high profile sporting organisations.
The brief was to highlight the new sponsorship of the Erebus Motorsport team using the V8 Supercar of Will Brown, as well as acknowledging the existing sponsorships of Shaw and Partners. The V8 supercar was made available for this shoot for a two-hour period. We also included the 18ft Skiff race team, the Shaw and Partners’ ocean ski team and the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles’ players. We chose the Narrabeen Sports Academy centre as the ideal location for the shoot. We arranged the current Manly players Tom and Jake Trbojevic, Jason Saab, and Lachlan Croker to participate in the shoot as well as past players from Manly. We shot interviews with the Founders of Shaw and Partners as well as interviewing driver, Will Brown. We did this using the Sony FS7 and a drone. We managed to get all the vision we needed, plus more, within the 2-hour timeframe. We were able to create 6 productions, each with its unique vision and we turned this around in 48 hours. We received great praise and gratitude for the fast turnaround, and the quality of the productions by the Founder of Shaw and Partners and the CEO of Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.
Client Requirements

- Maintaining the branding with professional video productions for social media.

Planning and Pre-production
ASKI Live Media collaborated with the stakeholders and Shaw and Partners to understand goals, target audience, and key messaging. The planning phase involved:
- Understanding Shaw and Partners' brand guidelines and studying existing video content.
- Identifying the key messages and value propositions to be conveyed through the social media video posts.
- Crafting a creative concept that effectively communicates Shaw and Partners' brand identity and offerings.
- Compiling the production plan, video shoot schedules, equipment requirements, and post-production timelines.
Production
- ASKI Live Media managed all aspects of the video production, ensuring the quality of the content aligned with Shaw and Partners' branding image.
- Delegated the production crew, including videographers, directors, and lighting technicians.
- Conducted the video shoots at our recommended location being the Narrabeen Sports Academy playing fields.
- Capturing 4k footage that showcases Shaw and Partners’ sponsorship of Erebus Motorsport team.
- Using FS7 camera, drone, and a Canon 5D mark III for still images.
Post-production
- ASKI Live Media's post-production creative team edited and colour-graded the footage, creating compelling social media video posts.
- Selected the relevant shots for each message delivered in the production.
- Incorporated graphics, animations, and text overlays to enhance the video content's engagement with the audience.
- Added background music and sound effects to create the right mood and tone of the production.
- Optimised the videos for different social media platforms.
Delivery and Results
